Carly Holland - RMT, R.Ac
Carly grew up involved in sports. Between watching and playing, her interest in how the body works and evolves is what brought her to the study of massage and acupuncture. Carly is a Registered Massage Therapist, a graduate of the Centennial College Massage Therapy program where she received an Advanced Diploma in 2012. Carly is also a Registered Acupuncturist, a graduate of AIM Academy where she received a diploma with honours in Acupuncture, in 2020.

She believes that treatment enhances the restoration of normal body function and helps to create a natural harmony throughout the body. Her focal area is integrating different aspects of her learning into a full body treatment, specializing in a deep tissue approach.
Carly found acupuncture when trying to solve her own digestive concerns. She is very interested in helping treat digestive health as well as trauma and mental health care.
Carly has additional training in Indian Head Massage, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Cupping, Gua Sha and Cosmetic Acupuncture.
