Carly Holland - RMT, R.Ac

Carly grew up involved in sports. Between watching and playing, her interest in how the body works and evolves is what brought her to the study of massage and acupuncture. Carly is a Registered Massage Therapist, a graduate of the Centennial College Massage Therapy program where she received an Advanced Diploma in 2012. Carly is also a Registered Acupuncturist, a graduate of AIM Academy where she received a diploma with honours in Acupuncture, in 2020.

With over a decade of experience, Carly understands that every body is different, therefore every treatment needs to be targeted to each clients specific needs. She believes that treatment enhances the restoration of normal body function and helps to create a natural harmony throughout the body. Her focal area is integrating different aspects of her learning into a full body treatment, specializing in a deep tissue approach.

Carly found acupuncture when trying to solve her own digestive concerns. She is interested in helping treat digestive health as well as stress management and mental health care.

Carly has additional training in Motor Point Acupuncture, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Cupping and Cosmetic Acupuncture.

Elias Jesse Barkley - RMT

Eli graduated with high honours from the Centennial College massage therapy program in 2023. Before
that, they graduated first in their program with a general B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University, and later
earned a B.Sc. with high distinction in cell and molecular biology from the University of Toronto.

Eli’s own path to wellness has been long and complex. They aim to bring the compassion and
understanding they developed through this process into their practice, with an emphasis on
understanding their clients’ experiences, and developing treatment strategies that meet clients where they are. They are a big believer in the power of movement to improve health and function, and power of positive experiences of the body to improve the experience of living in one.

In their free time, Eli enjoys quiet reading, running, and exploring every part of Toronto’s ravines that
they can find a way into.
