The Team

Carly Holland - RMT, R.Ac

Carly grew up involved in sports. Between watching and playing, her interest in how the body works and evolves is what brought her to the study of massage and acupuncture. Carly is a Registered Massage Therapist, a graduate of the Centennial College Massage Therapy program where she received an Advanced Diploma in 2012. Carly is also a Registered Acupuncturist, a graduate of AIM Academy where she received a diploma with honours in Acupuncture, in 2020.

Carly understands that every body is different, therefore every treatment needs to be targeted to each clients specific needs. She believes that treatment enhances the restoration of normal body function and helps to create a natural harmony throughout the body. Her focal area is integrating different aspects of her learning into a full body treatment, specializing in a deep tissue approach.

Carly found acupuncture when trying to solve her own digestive concerns. She is very interested in helping treat digestive health as well as trauma and mental health care.

Carly has additional training in Indian Head Massage, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Cupping, Gua Sha and Cosmetic Acupuncture.

Sarah Kennedy - RMT

Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Kikkawa College in Toronto with Honours. Born into a family of Massage Therapists and Chiropractic practitioners, Sarah took an early interest in the study of physical health of the human body and the ways we use it. She has a Masters Degree in Musical Theatre, and as a dancer and singer, has always utilized massage and other hands-on modalities to ensure her own physical health and allow her to perform at her best. Sarah utilizes Swedish Massage techniques, uniquely tailoring each treatment to each clients’ needs. She has a rhythmic and flowing style, and works specifically and deeply to address problem areas while still providing relaxation to combat the stresses of everyday life.

Sarah’s work includes stress and anxiety reduction, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, headaches, prenatal/postnatal massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and more. She works on both acute and chronic injury, and believes in working together alongside clients to help them reach their treatment goals.

When Sarah’s not working, she loves listening to music (and singing along with her ukulele), exploring Toronto’s vibrant and diverse food scene, experimenting with new cocktail creations and finding new trails to hike both in and out of the city.
